Job summary

This role emphasizes hands-on experience with US GAAP, tax codes, and business operations, and offers a fully remote work setup. The position combines audit, accounting, and tax engagements with onboarding support, risk assessment, fieldwork, and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
5+ years of auditing, accounting, and/or tax experience, including leading fieldwork.
Strong English communication skills; interviews conducted in English.
US GAAP and IFRS knowledge is a plus.
Experience with audit software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Support onboarding of new audit clients and set up audit workflows.
Contribute to risk assessment, planning, fieldwork, and workpaper completion.
Prepare audit schedules, letters, reconciliations, and documentation.
Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures.
Research complex accounting and regulatory issues for compliance.
Assist with US federal and state compliance and year-end reporting.
Hybrid role with duties spanning bookkeeping, tax return prep, and financial reporting outside peak season.
