Job summary

Manay CPA Inc. is seeking an entry-level Jr. Accounting Associate to support US GAAP accounting, tax, and reporting activities.

This fully remote role welcomes candidates in Turkey, with EST-aligned work hours and travel as needed. You will gain hands-on experience across A/P, A/R, monthly close, and financial analysis while joining a diverse, global team. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in accounting/finance, with 0–2 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; Master’s a plus.
• Entry-level position; up to 2 years experience ideal.
• Proficient in US GAAP concepts and US accounting practices is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to handle data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding for new client engagements and follow defined procedures.
• Assist with accounts payable & accounts receivable, bookkeeping, monthly close, and financial reporting.
• Prepare depreciation schedules, sales journals, and tax-related reviews; assist with payroll and tax filings.
• Help with revenue forecasting, gross margin analysis, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Support audits and tax research as needed; assist with tax return preparations.
