Job summary

Zoom, the intelligent collaboration platform, is seeking a seasoned field marketing professional to lead ABM initiatives in the US, with a strong focus on enterprise accounts, regional field calendars, and collaboration with Sales.

You will own pipeline generation for the USA region, manage budgets, and report metrics to senior leadership, while working in a hybrid model focused on the Eastern Time Zone, preferably Boston area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, account-based marketing, or integrated marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Experience executing tiered ABM programs including one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many motions.
• Ability to demonstrate pipeline efficiency and quantify impact.
• Experience managing regional marketing budgets and reporting to senior leadership.
• Collaborates across Sales, Sales Development, and Demand Generation to align programs with revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute tiered account-based field marketing programs across US accounts and segments.
• Build and manage regional field calendars with Sales leadership.
• Own pipeline generation and accelerate for the USA region, report against standards.
• Manage regional field and events budgets to optimize ROI.
• Partner with Sales Development, Sales, and Revenue Ops for coordinated follow-up and attribution.
