Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years in healthcare operations, workforce management, centralized scheduling, staffing, or related roles.
• Experience leading complex operations, teams, or multi-site initiatives in healthcare.
• Ability to translate workforce data and needs into staffing decisions.
• Strong relationship-building with providers, leaders, and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; can manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized scheduling operations across urgent care markets.
• Partner with market leadership and providers to ensure coverage aligns with demand.
• Monitor real-time staffing needs and adjust coverage accordingly.
• Standardize scheduling processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with recruitment, medical leadership, and market leaders on staffing plans.
• Oversee PTO and CME scheduling to allocate coverage equitably.
• Analyze scheduling data and trends to provide actionable insights.
• Work with Telehealth leadership to optimize resources and cross-state staffing.
