Job summary

GoHealth is seeking a Workforce Manager to lead workforce planning, staffing, and scheduling across our nationwide network of urgent care centers. You will partner with Operations, Finance, Data Services, IT and People teams to improve forecasting accuracy and alignment with demand.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in workforce management or scheduling, with 5+ years healthcare scheduling experience, plus a proven ability to drive standardized processes and monthly reporting.

• 3+ years of workforce management or scheduling experience in a multi-site environment
• 5+ years of healthcare experience with scheduling in a medical environment
