Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in workforce management or scheduling in a multi-site environment.
• 5+ years health care experience and scheduling in a medical setting.
• Experience developing and enforcing multi-site scheduling and payroll processes.
• Experience reporting on staffing level compliance, time punch, and overtime.

Responsabilités

• Own ongoing execution and improvement of workforce forecasting processes.
• Lead development of staff templates and models to optimize scheduling.
• Define data requirements and oversee automated reports and dashboards.
• Create monthly scheduling compliance reports and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain clock-in/clock-out analysis and improve reporting and adherence.
• Oversee timing and payroll related processes and time-tracking practices.
• Act as program owner for scheduling and time-tracking solutions.
• Develop standard processes for use of scheduling tools and analytics.
