Aura, a leading digital safety company, is hiring a Sales Specialist - Upsell for a remote USA role. You will engage Aura customers, consult on their needs, and drive upgrades to maximize value. This is a high-energy, consultative sales position within Inside Sales to grow revenue.

You’ll work from home, with a schedule Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm MT, and earn $18/hour plus an annual commission target of $25,500. This role emphasizes relationship-building and growth opportunities in a fast-paced tech

Qualifications

• Experience in tech or SaaS sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfort with outbound calls and consultative selling.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.

Responsabilités

• Make daily outbound calls to existing Aura customers to discuss upgrades.
• Consult on customer needs and recommend additional products.
• Educate customers on value of Aura memberships and protections.
• Aim to meet or exceed monthly upsell and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve sales approaches and customer experience.
• Stay informed on cybersecurity trends to act as a trusted advisor.
