Aura is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to act as a front-line ambassador. This remote role requires you to be based within 50 miles of San Antonio, TX, and to educate customers about Aura products, respond empathetically, and collaborate with the experience team to deliver high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or call center.
• Typing speed at least 40 wpm.
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication.
• Empathy on high-stress calls.
• Ability to multi-task with high detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn upselling.
• Familiar with Windows, Google Suite; Mac preferred.
• Reliable home internet with wired connection.
• Complete New Hire Orientation and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service as part of the Customer Experience team.
• Answer inquiries, process enrollments, handle complaints, and troubleshoot products.
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls with a positive tone.
• Identify retention and upsell opportunities by aligning solutions.
• Conduct outbound follow-ups with customers.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
