Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with healthcare billing systems and payer policies preferred.
• Remote work experience is a plus and able to work independently.
• Strong investigative and analytical skills to identify underpayments.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze hospital claims to identify discrepancies between expected and actual reimbursements.
• Investigate underpayments and variances due to coding or policy issues.
• Contact insurance carriers to obtain missing information and resolve cases.
• Document findings and support revenue recovery activities.
• Maintain records of investigations, trends, and outcomes for audit readiness.
