Job summary

FUJIFILM Sonosite is seeking a Clinical Specialist (RDCS preferred) to serve as a technical and clinical resource for customers in the Washington, DC area and remote nationwide. The role partners with Territory Managers to demonstrate products, drive adoption, and close deals while owning post-sale relationships.

You will train customers on product use, support field teams, and help ensure high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree from an accredited ultrasound teaching institution.
• RDMS in Abdomen/OB GYN, RDCS, or RVT.
• At least 3 years’ experience in diagnostic ultrasound.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requests.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Territory Manager in assigned territory to understand prospect’s clinical needs, demonstrate FUJIFILM Sonosite’s products, and close new deals
• Support the attainment of territory sales goals
• Attains annual KPI’s
• Own post-sales activities in the field, such as encouraging customer product adoption and addressing any customer issues
• Provide Clinical / Technical / Educational support to new and existing customers as needed.
