Job summary

Hatigen Consulting Services is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive to join our UK Guest Operations team. You will be the main point of contact for UK-based guests, handling inquiries, guiding check-ins, and resolving issues to maintain high review ratings on OTA platforms.

Ideal candidates have excellent English communication skills and are comfortable working in rotational UK hours. Freshers and experienced professionals in BPO or hospitality are welcome to apply, with training

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Willingness to work rotational shifts aligned with UK hours.
Strong conflict-resolution skills with empathetic, polite approach under pressure.
Basic knowledge of messaging apps, email, and property management platforms.
Open to Freshers and experienced candidates with relevant background.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound guest inquiries, reservation updates, and guidance via calls, WhatsApp, and messaging platforms.
Address and resolve guest complaints to maintain satisfaction.
Glean positive feedback while addressing concerns to prevent negative reviews.
Coordinate in real-time with on-site maintenance teams, property managers, and cleaning staff.
