Qualifications

• 4+ years managing UGC or influencer campaigns.
• Strong understanding of UGC best practices and creator content.
• Fluency in English; experience with ClickUp or similar tools.
• Fully remote work from Brazil.
• Collaborates with a global, creative team.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end UGC campaign execution from creator sourcing to final delivery.
• Manage creator relationships and ensure deliverables align with brand guidelines.
• Oversee creator agreements and payments.
