Job summary

Knowt Inc. is seeking a highly organized UGC Campaign Manager to own a vertical of Knowt's education content. This fully remote contract role involves managing student creators, reviewing submissions for quality and brand fit, and tracking performance to drive growth.

You will onboard creators, share briefs, provide actionable feedback, and keep the pipeline moving with timely approvals. Experience with creator campaigns and social media programs is preferred, and strong communication is

Qualifications

Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content.
Familiarity with study and education content on social.
Experience managing creators, influencer/UGC campaigns, or social media programs (preferred).

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day execution of the education content vertical from onboarding to posting and tracking.
Manage roster of student creators: share briefs, set expectations, answer questions, keep on schedule.
Review creator submissions for quality and brand fit per Knowt guidelines.
Approve or deny submissions and keep statuses up to date to maintain pipeline flow.
Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve hooks, scripts, and how Knowt is shown in action.
Track posting consistency and performance (views, saves, shares, signups) to identify successful creators/formats.
Flag issues, underperforming creators, and new content angles for the audience.
Update the Knowt team on vertical performance and edge cases, including strategy calls.
