Job summary

Paired is seeking a UGC Creator Manager to own the creator program end to end for a growing DTC brand. This full-time role (40 hours/week) is 100% remote in the United States and reports to a Creative Strategist and the paid media team.

You will source and onboard creators, write briefs and scripts, manage revisions and usage rights, and handle payments. A strong track record with UGC that converts and fluency in English are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing UGC creators for DTC/e‑commerce brands.
• Proven experience with creator content used in paid social ads (Meta and/or TikTok).
• Strong understanding of what makes UGC convert and comfort with performance metrics.
• Highly organized, with experience managing large creator pipelines.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Source, vet, and onboard UGC creators (Backstage, Incense, TikTok Shop, outreach, referrals).
• Write creator briefs and video scripts, turning concepts into hooks and talking points.
• Manage revisions, quality control, usage permissions, and asset handoff to paid media.
• Handle creator rates, agreements, and payments.
• Track every creator in a CRM and scale top performers into retainer partners.
