Monarch Money, Inc. is a fully remote company seeking a detail-oriented UGC Production Specialist to lead end-to-end collaborations with user-generated content partners.

You will manage outreach, feedback, rate negotiations, and licensing to produce high-quality content aligned with our brand. Collaborate with paid social to optimize UGC for Meta and TikTok ads, analyze performance metrics, and refine content to maximize campaign results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content production or UGC-related roles.
• Deep understanding of UGC trends and creator communities.
• Strong project management abilities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with performance tracking tools.
• Proficiency with creative tools and CMS platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of UGC partnerships, including outreach and relationships.
• Provide constructive feedback to ensure content quality and brand alignment.
• Negotiate rates, usage rights, and licensing with creators.
• Use video editing tools to enhance UGC for branding and quality.
• Maintain content using CMS, ensuring assets are accessible and archived.
• Stay updated on UGC trends and platform guidelines; test variations.
