Wand AI is seeking a Regional VP Sales to lead enterprise sales across the GCC, focusing on UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and neighboring markets. This role requires building deep relationships with banks, insurers, and government-adjacent entities and driving multi-million-dollar deals.

You will work with Wand's CEO and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Solutions teams to own the end-to-end sales cycle in a fast-moving startup environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Proven track record closing multi-million dollar enterprise deals.
• Experience selling to C-level executives (CIOs/CTOs) in large enterprises.
• Experience in dynamic startup environments with fast-paced execution.
• Proven success closing enterprise deals across the GCC.
• Existing network in financial services, insurance, or related sectors in the GCC.
• Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and procurement processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with C-level executives across GCC enterprises as a trusted partner.
• Own the full deal lifecycle from first conversation to close.
• Guide leaders through transformation and change management.
• Represent Wand at executive meetings and industry events.
• Lead complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and procurement.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategy across GCC markets.
• Drive new business and expand relationships with target accounts.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Solutions teams to meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in CRM.
