Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking a Senior Leader for the U.S. Trade Compliance Program. You will support the Country Trade Compliance Officer in governing and executing the program, ensuring compliance with U.S. import/export and sanctions regulations across the organization.

Remote work is allowed, and you will lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with Local Trade Compliance Officers, and drive continuous improvement in risk management and governance.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in supply chain/trade management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs, BIS, EAR, OFAC, ITAR regulations.
• Experience managing U.S. trade compliance programs and working with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the U.S. Trade Compliance Program strategy.
• Advise LTCOs on regulatory requirements and due diligence for trade evaluations.
• Manage annual Trade Review Program and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with business functions to embed compliance into operations.
• Support regulatory engagements with U.S. government agencies.
