Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5–7 years of related sales experience.
• Knowledge of major account selling and the construction market.
• Experience in wholesale distribution and understanding of the independent manufacturer rep model.
• Excellent communication, planning, and presentation skills.
• PHCP industry experience preferred.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 30% monthly.
• English and Spanish proficiency preferred.

Aufgaben

• Achieve the sales and gross profit goals by executing the Market Plan.
• Create an account development plan for their Top 10 Target Contractor accounts for their assigned territory.
• Manages project pipeline in SFDC to ensure visibility to projects and accurate sales forecast.
• Works closely with National Accounts Team to leverage national account relationships for local alignment and execution of corporate initiatives.
• Utilizes SFDC to manage business, keeps accounts updated, logs regular F2F meetings with target accounts, and shares account progress.
• Conducts training to drive awareness of Uponor’s value proposition.
• Seeks opportunities to contribute to the business’ success through proactive involvement in team initiatives.
