Job summary

Uponor is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for San Antonio, remotely covering the state of Texas. The role targets commercial and residential markets, focusing on strategic account development and pipeline management using SFDC.

The ideal candidate will be located in San Antonio or nearby and will travel regionally up to 30%. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5–7 years of related sales experience, with knowledge of major account selling and the PHCP/ construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years of related sales experience required.
• Knowledge of major account selling and construction market.
• Experience in wholesale distribution preferred.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 30% and communicate in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and gross profit goals by executing the Market Plan.
• Develop an account development plan for Top 10 Target Contractor accounts within the assigned territory.
• Manage project pipeline in SFDC to provide clear visibility for forecasts.
• Collaborate with National Accounts Team to align local initiatives with corporate plans.
• Conduct training to communicate Uponor’s value proposition to customers.
