Job summary

Uponor, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth for commercial and residential markets from a fully remote position covering Texas. Ideal candidate located in San Antonio or surrounding area, with a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of related sales experience.

You will develop strategic account plans, manage the SFDC pipeline, and collaborate with National Accounts and marketing to execute corporate initiatives. Travel up to 30% and English/Spanish language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5–7 years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of major account selling and construction market.
• Experience in wholesale distribution; travel up to 30%.
• Proficient communication, planning and presentation skills.
• Spanish language ability preferred.
• PHCP industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and gross profit goals by executing the Market Plan.
• Develop Top 10 Target Contractor account plans for assigned territory.
• Create account plans with business owners or executives to ensure high-level involvement.
• Manage project pipeline in SFDC and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with National Accounts Team to align local initiatives with corporate strategy.
• Keep accounts updated and document regular face-to-face meetings with target accounts.
