Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a part-time TVI contractor to serve students with visual impairments in a virtual setting. This role operates as an Independent Consultant (1099), with a flexible schedule M-F between 8am and 5pm, and the work is remote across the U.S.

The role requires at least 2 years in public schools as a TVI and an appropriate state educator license. You will collaborate with IEP teams, prepare progress reports, and use assistive technology to support learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in public school environment as a TVI.
• State educator license in Visual Impairments or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide services in accordance with IEPs for students with visual impairments.
• Collaborate with team for virtual services and scheduling.
• Develop progress reports and required documentation.
• Use assistive tech and accessible materials to support learning.
• Serve as Teacher of Record for assigned caseload.
• Maintain records and collect data to monitor goals.
