Job summary

US staffing Inc. is seeking a Product Support Analyst for Education Service Center (ESC) with emphasis on TSDS data submissions.

This remote role requires familiarity with Education Service Center processes and the Texas Student Data System, plus the ability to engage with customers and cross-functional teams during peak submission periods. You will research and resolve technical tickets, coordinate testing activities, and develop clear documentation for end users while maintaining strong

Experience with Education Service Center and Texas Student Data System is required.

Responsibilities

Handle customer support tickets related to TSDS and data submissions.
Prioritize issues needing deeper investigation or development input.
Act as business contact for support-related meetings and communications.
Learn and apply resources and training to perform duties.
Design and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for TSDS features.
Document defects and coordinate with Product Owner and PM teams for resolution.
Gather end-user feedback to identify improvements and enhance UX.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing with requirements and standards.
Create clear technical documentation for end users; ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Collaborate with Product Owner to gather information; include deployment notes and updates.
Assist in outreach to customers during peak TSDS submission periods.
Document issues reported by ESC and LEA; present findings to leadership.
Maintain regular communication with customers to understand needs and concerns.
