Responsibilities

• Research and resolve technical support tickets regarding the TSDS and data submissions.
• Prioritize and escalate issues requiring deeper investigation or development involvement.
• Serve as a business point of contact for support-related meetings and communications.
• Design and execute user acceptance testing plans for TSDS features.
• Document defects and track resolutions with Product Owner and Project Management teams.
• Gather feedback from end users to identify improvement areas and enhance user experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional testing with business requirements and agency standards.
• Create comprehensive technical end-user documentation.
