You will troubleshoot laptops, tablets, login problems, software errors, and connectivity, document fixes, and escalate when needed. A reliable home setup and US remote eligibility apply.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years supporting non-technical users in education, service, or consumer environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly and patiently with students and families.
• Strong written communication; able to document fixes for repeat use.
• Experience diagnosing device, software, connectivity, and account issues across multiple platforms.
• Willingness to work weekend coverage; reliable home setup and internet.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for students and parents with tech issues via email, chat, tickets, and phone.
• Troubleshoot laptop/tablet issues: login problems, software errors, connectivity, basic hardware questions.
• Help users navigate learning platforms and connected tools; assist with account access and common errors.
• Escalate hardware repair, deeper investigations, or leadership involvement when needed.
• Maintain and update internal knowledge base and family-facing help articles.
