Job summary

RTX is offering a co-op/ internship program for senior or postgraduate students in Computer Science or related STEM fields. The role is remote during the co-op with security clearance activities and required training, transitioning to an onsite position in Richardson, TX after graduation and clearance approval.

Candidates must have 90 credit hours by start date and be on track to graduate December 2027, with hands-on scripting experience (Python, Perl, Ruby, Bash, Shell).

Qualifications

• Senior or postgraduate with graduation in December 2027 in Computer Science or related STEM
• Minimum 90 hours of credit by the start of the internship/co-op
• Experience in software development utilizing scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Ruby, Bash, or Shell

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly engagement seminars, complete Raytheon required training, participate in security clearance activities
• Spend 2-4 hours per month in support of these activities; co-op does not include direct program/project work
• Upon graduation and clearance approval, transition to a full-time onsite position in Richardson, TX to support design, development, and maintenance of systems for missions
