Job summary

RTX, in cooperation with Raytheon Space, is offering a co‑op in System Engineering and Test Engineering for senior or postgraduate students. The role is remote during the co‑op with a path to full‑time onsite work in Aurora, CO after graduation and clearance. Applicants must be able to obtain a U.S.

government security clearance and be U.S. citizens. The program includes monthly seminars, mandated Raytheon training, security clearance activities, and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Senior or Post‑Graduate with graduation in December 2027 in Computer Science or STEM
• Hands‑on testing of electronic equipment during academics or internship
• Experience troubleshooting electronics in academic/internship settings or as a hobby
• Exposure to data analysis using MATLAB

Responsibilities

• Principles of systems engineering including requirements, architecture, design and test
• Software engineering approaches, AI usage, and agile development techniques
