RTX is seeking a System Engineering and Test Engineer co-op in a part-time, remote role targeting senior or postgraduate students with a December 2027 graduation date. The program includes security clearance activities and mentor support, with a path to full-time onsite in Aurora, CO after graduation and clearance approval.

The candidate will work on customer domain concepts, systems engineering principles, software engineering approaches including AI and agile methods, and platform

Competenze

• Senior or Post-Graduate with graduation/ completion of studies in December 2027 in Computer Science or STEM major
• Academic or internship experience with hands-on testing of electronic equipment
• Exposure to troubleshooting technical issues with electronics in academic or internship settings
• Exposure to data analysis using MATLAB
