• Ability to follow SOPs precisely while exercising judgment
• Strong written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Process IP operations queues per SOPs and policy guidelines
• Triage, investigate, and route complex cases to stakeholders
• Perform root cause analysis on errors and trends
• Collaborate with FTEs and cross-functional partners for consistent outcomes
• Maintain accurate case documentation and contribute to QA reviews
• Identify SOP gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives
