Job summary

Introl is seeking a Trust & Safety Coordinator to join the Business Operations team. You will oversee vetting, screening, conduct standards, safety protocols, and site access for our distributed workforce and field technicians.

The role supports customer sites and aligns with global safety standards. The position reports to the Global Safety Director and involves working in high-sensitivity facilities, with occasional travel to customer data centers and across time zones to ensure safety and

Qualifications

• Ownership of a background screening or personnel vetting program
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulation in at least one major jurisdiction
• Experience conducting and documenting workplace investigations
• Clear, concise policy and investigation writing
• Ability to travel to customer data center sites and obtain access credentials
• Experience working in data center environments and PPE requirements
• Availability for occasional work outside standard hours to support incidents across time zones
• Preferred: experience across multiple countries (UK and Central/Eastern Europe)

Responsibilities

• Vet screening programs and enforce re-screening cadence and eligibility criteria
• Own the occupational health and safety program for field ops including PPE and hazardous tasks
• Define site access standards and customer trust processes
• Lead investigations into workplace conduct and safety violations
• Coordinate across risk/compliance to align with customer audit and data security programs
