Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and coaching to Trial Experience Specialists.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for management inquiries and escalations.
• Facilitate training sessions and oversee new hire onboarding.
• Monitor team health and report performance metrics.
• Identify process improvements to raise service quality.
• Collaborate across teams to build strong internal relationships.
