Job summary

HighLevel seeks an Implementation Advisor Apprentice for a structured 6-month program focusing on software implementation, customer success, and growth. You will learn product features, assist with onboarding, and support customers to achieve successful outcomes while collaborating with multiple teams in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are looking for an Implementation Advisor Apprentice to join our team for a structured 6-month apprenticeship. This full-time programme is designed for someone looking to build a strong foundation in software implementation, customer success, and technology-driven business growth.

Apprentices will be training to become an advisor. They will work on real customer initiatives alongside experienced advisors, gaining hands-on experience in customer onboarding, implementation, business process management, software best practices, and change management.
