Qualifications

• Active, non-probationary state Registered Nurse license valid in OSH practice states.
• US work authorization and ability to work flexible shifts.
• Proactive maintenance of licenses and credentials.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Comfort working in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide confident and professional service to OSH patients.
• Follow current Prescription Refill policy.
• Schedule appointments and arrange transportation for clinic visits.
• Document clearly and accurately during calls.
• Check CareReq queue and ensure completion of requests.
• Handle off-cadence appointments and other duties as assigned.
