• Assists in medical record maintenance and files patient charts and reports.
• Offers clinical support in symptom assessment, triage, and patient education.
• Coordinates care across settings; ensures labs and referrals are completed and discussed.
• Prepares and transmits medical information; acts as liaison among patients, physicians, and staff.
• Refills prescriptions and places orders for testing or labs.
