Job summary

Reading Hospital, part of Tower Health, is seeking a registered nurse to perform phone triage, care coordination, lab draws, EKGs, and patient education. The role supports developing and implementing the nursing and medical plans of care in collaboration with multiple disciplines.

The ideal candidate has graduated from an accredited nursing program and holds PA RN license, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• PA Registered Nurse License.

Responsibilities

• Handles phone triage, care coordination, lab draws, EKGs, etc.
• Manages refills
• Provides patient education
• Develops, implements and evaluates the nursing plan of patient care in collaboration with all disciplines.
