Job summary

The role requires 3 years of clinical experience, RN licensure in Colorado or a valid compact state, and strong HIPAA compliance. The position emphasizes accurate documentation and patient education across acuity levels.

Qualifications

• 3 years clinical experience with patient care and admin duties preferred.
• Knowledge of disease processes across age groups.
• Nursing assessment skills and basic nursing theory.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patient health care needs using triage protocols.
• Participate in weekly KPI huddles and maintain KPI performance.
• Document symptoms, assessments, advice, and patient/caller responses.
• Coordinate same-day and future appointments within provider schedules.
• Provide patient education on chronic disease, prevention and self-care.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and adhere to policies and procedures.
