Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator to bridge the provider and patient, explaining the PRM Protocol and related costs. This remote role supports insurance verification and educates patients about financial options to move treatment forward.

You will collaborate with the Financial Services Manager, present fees and payment plans, and ensure patients understand benefits and obligations.

Formación

• One to two years of relevant experience.
• Healthcare insurance benefits experience required.
• Experience with sales and out-of-network health care services is preferred.
• Knowledge of the PRM Protocol explained in simple terms.
• Familiarity with computer systems and scheduling/financial workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Be present via Teams to explain the PRM Protocol and patient financial responsibility.
• Review costs with patients and discuss second-round treatment costs when needed.
• Ensure patients understand the medical benefits and financial obligations.
• Present case fees and financial options to support treatment decisions.
• Educate patients about insurance benefits and eligibility.
• Determine benefit eligibility, limitations, and payment estimates.
• Track interactions and outcomes for administration.
• Coordinate with the team on patient decisions and finances.
• Additional duties as assigned.
