Fulton Bank, N.A. is seeking a Treasury Management Revenue and Billing Manager to lead strategy, governance, and execution of fee revenue and client billing.

This role directs aBilling operations team and partners with Treasury Sales, Product Management, Commercial Banking, Finance, Operations, and Technology to optimize revenue and improve client outcomes. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in treasury management or related fields, with strong pricing, analytics, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• 7+ years in treasury management, commercial banking, revenue management, pricing, billing operations, finance, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and processes.
• CTP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue optimization strategies to improve fee income and profitability.
• Lead all Treasury Management billing processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Administer pricing structures, governance, and fee schedules with cross-functional partners.
• Produce executive revenue dashboards and KPIs to guide decision making.
• Establish controls to safeguard revenue integrity and regulatory compliance.
