Job summary
Fulton Bank in the United States seeks a Revenue Management & Billing Manager to lead the strategy, governance, execution, and optimization of Treasury Management fee revenue and client billing. The role partners across Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to enhance client outcomes and profitability.
You will oversee billing operations, pricing administration, and revenue analytics while driving KPI development and executive reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 7+ years in treasury management, banking, or revenue management.
- 3+ years leading teams and processes.
- CTP certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop revenue optimization strategies for Treasury Management and monitor performance.
- Lead billing operations, fee maintenance, and billing adjustments with accuracy.
- Administer pricing structures and ensure governance compliance.
- Provide revenue analytics, KPIs, and executive reporting.
- Establish controls to safeguard revenue integrity and manage risk.
- Lead and develop the Revenue Management & Billing team.
