Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, business administration.
• 7+ years in treasury management, commercial banking, or related fields.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and processes.
• CTP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue optimization strategies for Treasury Management to increase profitability.
• Oversee monthly billing cycles, pricing administration, and billing adjustments.
• Administer pricing structures, governance, and fee schedules across systems.
• Produce executive dashboards and KPIs on revenue capture and profitability.
• Ensure controls, regulatory compliance, and risk management across Billing.
• Develop and coach a high-performing Revenue Management & Billing team.
