The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in treasury management or related fields, plus 3+ years of leadership experience, and a strong background in Excel-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• 7+ years in treasury management, commercial banking, revenue management, pricing, billing operations, or related.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Treasury Management revenue optimization strategies to enhance fee income and profitability.
• Lead all billing processes, including monthly cycles, adjustments, and policy adherence.
• Administer pricing structures, governance, and fee schedules with cross-functional alignment.
• Produce executive revenue dashboards, KPIs, and variance analysis for leadership.
• Establish controls to safeguard revenue integrity and mitigate risk.
• Coach and develop a high-performing Revenue Management & Billing team.
