This role oversees billing operations, pricing administration, and revenue integrity while partnering with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to drive profitability and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive treasury management and pricing experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related.
• 7+ years in treasury management, commercial banking, revenue management, pricing, billing operations, finance, or related discipline.
• 3+ years leadership experience managing teams and operational processes.
• CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) certification preferred.
• Strong Excel and data/reporting skills.
• Knowledge of commercial banking profitability drivers.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Management: develop and execute revenue optimization strategies; monitor performance; analyze pricing trends.
• Billing Operations: lead all treasury billing processes; ensure accuracy and timeliness; oversee fee maintenance.
• Pricing Governance: administer pricing structures; ensure governance standards; support pricing strategy decisions.
• Revenue Analytics & Reporting: produce executive dashboards; monitor KPIs; support budgeting and forecasting.
• Risk Management & Controls: establish controls; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Leadership & Team Development: lead, coach, and develop revenue management team; set performance goals.
