Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a leader to drive strategy, governance, and execution of Treasury Management fee revenue and client billing. You will oversee billing operations, pricing administration, revenue analytics, and risk controls while partnering with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to optimize client outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years in treasury management or related areas with 3+ years in leadership, plus a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 7+ years treasury management, commercial banking, revenue management, pricing, billing operations, finance, or related discipline.
• 3+ years leadership experience managing teams and operational processes.
• CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue Management, Billing, and Pricing governance and execution.
• Develop revenue optimization strategies to increase fee income.
• Oversee monthly billing cycles, exception management, and billing adjustments.
• Produce executive reporting and dashboards on revenue trends and profitability.
• Ensure controls and compliance across revenue and billing processes.
