Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to join our growing treasury team supporting top-tier clients in the Venture Capital & Private Equity space. You will handle high-volume wires and payments, maintain documentation, and collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and compliant operations.

The role offers a path to develop foundational treasury skills, hands-on experience, and exposure to our evolving service model.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Treasury Management systems, banking portals, G-suite, Microsoft Office, Box, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily treasury operations for clients, including processing wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions and maintain documentation and records.
• Identify and escalate client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Ensure adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on processing client cash transactions and maintain client service mindset.
• Coordinate with Accounting and People Ops to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify opportunities for minor process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support the Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects.
