• Coordinate reservations and organize travel components using approved booking platforms.
• Provide clients with confirmations, itineraries, travel documents, and important trip reminders.
• Respond to client questions and assist with itinerary changes or travel-related requests.
• Review reservation information to ensure bookings are accurate and complete.
• Track upcoming departures and help clients prepare for their travel experience.
• Maintain organized records of client communications, reservations, and trip details.
• Utilize supplier resources and internal systems to deliver efficient client support.
