Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients by learning about their travel preferences, destinations of interest, schedules, and budgets.
• Research vacation options including resorts, hotels, cruises, guided vacations, transportation, attractions, and excursions.
• Develop customized travel recommendations that align with each client's needs and expectations.
• Coordinate reservations, itinerary planning, and travel services through approved booking platforms and supplier partners.
• Prepare travel confirmations, itineraries, travel documents, and essential pre-departure information.
• Assist with reservation updates, schedule changes, cancellations, and special accommodation requests.
• Review bookings to help ensure reservations are accurate and complete before travel.
• Maintain regular communication with clients by providing updates, answering questions, and offering planning support.
• Maintain accurate client records, reservation information, and communication history within company systems.
• Partner with preferred suppliers to deliver outstanding service and personalized travel experiences.
• Complete ongoing destination training, supplier education, and professional development programs.
