Hopesglobalgetaways is seeking a Travel Client Engagement Consultant to join our remote team. You will work directly with clients to understand vacation goals, recommend options, coordinate reservations, and provide exceptional support from consultation through departure.

• Comfortable using web-based booking systems, digital applications, and virtual communication tools.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with clients by learning about their travel preferences, destinations of interest, schedules, and budgets.
• Research vacation options including resorts, hotels, cruises, guided vacations, transportation, attractions, and excursions.
• Develop customized travel recommendations that align with each client's needs and expectations.
• Coordinate reservations, itinerary planning, and travel services through approved booking platforms and supplier partners.
• Prepare travel confirmations, itineraries, travel documents, and essential pre-departure information.
• Assist with reservation updates, schedule changes, cancellations, and special accommodation requests.
• Review bookings to help ensure reservations are accurate and complete before travel.
• Maintain regular communication with clients by providing updates, answering questions, and offering planning support.
• Maintain accurate client records, reservation information, and communication history within company systems.
• Partner with preferred suppliers to deliver outstanding service and personalized travel experiences.
• Complete ongoing destination training, supplier education, and professional development programs.
