Destination Knot is seeking a reliable Online Virtual Scheduling Assistant to support our team of travel advisors. This fully remote role emphasizes calendar coordination, client communication, and timely scheduling of consultations and travel milestones.

You will work independently in a flexible remote setting, manage multiple calendars, and receive training and ongoing support, with opportunities for growth in travel planning or operations and access to travel industry benefits after training.

Qualifications

• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with scheduling, admin, or customer service is a plus.
• Able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
