Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce hotel booking services.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for travel advisors and hotel specialists.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, client interactions, and appointment status.
• Respond to basic inquiries and direct more complex questions to team members.
• Follow up to sustain interest and engagement with prospects.
• Collaborate with the team to improve outreach and lead conversion.
