Hope’s Global Getaways is seeking organized Reservations Support Coordinators to assist clients with vacation planning. You will research options, coordinate services, and keep reservation details accurate while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Gather client information including destination preferences, travel dates, budgets, interests, and special requests.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages.
• Assist with coordinating selected services through approved supplier resources.
• Organize reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information.
• Provide booking updates, answer routine questions, follow up on outstanding items, and assist with standard changes when needed.
• Review reservation information for accuracy and maintain organized client records.
