Job summary

Hope’s Global Getaways is seeking organized, dependable Reservations Coordinators to join our fully remote team. You will research vacations, coordinate services, and keep reservations accurate while communicating with clients and meeting deadlines.

No prior travel experience required; we provide beginner onboarding and ongoing training. Flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time) with opportunities to develop skills in reservations, customer service, and supplier research.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple reservations and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn reservation systems and supplier resources.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Gather client information including preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, and special requests.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and other vacation services using approved supplier resources.
• Coordinate arrangements and organize booking confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, and reservation information.
• Communicate updates, follow up on outstanding items, and assist with standard reservation changes when needed.
• Review names, dates, services, and other booking details for accuracy while tracking deadlines and maintaining records.
