Beyond the Travels Agency is seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist clients with destination research, coordinate travel reservations, and maintain accurate travel records while supporting clients throughout the planning process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Coordinate travel reservations and confirm booking details with travel suppliers.

• Provide general travel information and destination recommendations based on client preferences.
• Maintain organized and accurate travel records and documentation.
• Review reservation information for accuracy before final confirmation.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Assist clients with travel-related questions before and after reservations are finalized.
